3. Healthcare Professional Obligations
Healthcare professionals registered with AJE Nursing Services agree to:
- Maintain current and valid professional licenses and certifications as required by the State of Florida
- Complete and pass AHCA Level 2 background screening prior to any assignment
- Comply with all HIPAA privacy and security regulations while on assignment
- Provide accurate and truthful information in all application materials
- Adhere to the policies and procedures of assigned healthcare facilities
- Report to assignments on time and provide adequate notice for cancellations
4. Healthcare Facility Obligations
Healthcare facilities that engage AJE Nursing Services for staffing agree to:
- Provide a safe working environment for all assigned nursing professionals
- Not solicit or directly hire AJE registry staff without prior written agreement
- Comply with all applicable labor laws and healthcare regulations
- Provide timely payment for services rendered as per the agreed terms
5. Regulatory Compliance
AJE Nursing Services Inc. operates in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, including but not limited to:
- Florida Nurse Registry regulations (Chapter 400, Part III, Florida Statutes)
- AHCA licensing requirements and standards
- Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
- Equal Employment Opportunity laws
- Florida background screening requirements (Level 2)
6. Limitation of Liability
AJE Nursing Services Inc. acts as a nursing registry connecting independent healthcare professionals with facilities. While we conduct thorough credential verification and background screening, the healthcare professional maintains their own professional license and is independently responsible for the quality of care they provide. AJE Nursing Services shall not be held liable for any claims arising from the direct provision of patient care by registry professionals.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of AJE Nursing Services Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
